How long will it take for me to get my product after my order has been placed?
Each piece is made to order. Production time varies piece by piece, but should take under two weeks. Please see the production estimate on the page of the product you’re interested in for more details. Shipping in the Continental US takes no more than 3 days. Â
What is your returns/exchanges policy?
Returns and/or exchanges can be made up to two weeks after a product has been delivered. Please reply to your order receipt email to begin the returns process. Customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards through Square, our payments processor, cryptocurrencies through Coinbase Commerce, and Paypal payments. Â

How do customs fees work?
